Trying to lose weight - Consistency is the key
Stick to a simple eating plan that you can eat everyday
BORING…..
For most people trying to drop a few pounds they start off super disciplined and on the right track only to lose interest and fall back into old habits after a few weeks or months. Watching people succeed and fail in different areas of life is fascinating.
The one thing that I believe that all successful people have in common is consistency. I’ve seen friends achieve great success in their business life but fail when it comes to their weight and health. It all comes back to one thing. Consistency. If they applied the same business strategies to their health goals that would achieve the results they wanted.
As Ive mentioned in other posts, Im currently trying to gain some weight. Rather than get all fancy and measure out food everyday, Ive settled on a few meal variations of a few meals. I basically eat the same foods everyday. It sounds a little boring but I had to ask myself what is more important? The end result of gaining some extra muscle or eating a little boring for a few months?
If you are trying to lose or gain a a few pounds try sticking to the same meals at the same time everyday and apply that consistency that you have used in other area’s of your life to achieve a positive outcome
