Protein Before Bed
This is really interesting. I did this all the time when I was really young but stopped a long time ago and now, just have a protein shake in between meals when I’m hungry. Given Im trying to put on 10 lbs of muscle I’ll try the protein shake before bed again.
You can read the research here. BTW more protein is good for weight loss and weight gain. Having it first thing in the morning has shown to help with weight loss as it keeps you feeling full for longer.
