Happy New Year. I hope you are having an amazing start to the year.
Time to get get after some big goals. Set yourself at least 1 thing really hard to achieve this year. Let’s call it a Stretch Goal. Make sure you have lots of small achievable goals to keep you motivated but get after some thing big. Mine is to get back to a solid 5km run time. I haven’t run for many years apart from on the track but I’ve set myself a target to run a sub 20min 5km. I have done it before over 20 years ago. LOL. So we will see. :) I’ll keep you posted. Ive only just achieved my first 4km run. I’ve still got a ways to go to get back to this pace.
